Yes, you can sign up for free without a credit card and use Survser for free during your first 7 days. During your trial, you can collect unlimited responses and use all features. When your trial ends, you can choose a plan that suits your needs.
Once your responses limit is reached, we will notify you via email and your surveys will stop displaying until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time to continue collecting responses.
You have the option to attribute survey responses to your own users by identifying them inside of the installation code. The number of tracked users refers to the amount of identified users that will be tracked by Survser. Once you reach the limit, new responses will be anonymized.
Yes, you can create multiple projects to keep your surveys separated. However, keep in mind that each project has its own billing.
At the moment, we only offer monthly billing. However, if you cannot find a plan that suits your needs, reach out to us via email and we'll find a solution for you.
